Plans for the rebuild...

~500hp LS
built 350 trans
205 T-case
Steering 14 bolt
Suspension seats
More tube work front and rear
Tub removal

The goal is stronger, faster, more capable, dependable, and comfortable.

I also want to redo the suspension link setup. For whatever reason, it seems to unload on the torque side every time. I have tuned the shocks, and would pay more attention to them if it did both sides, but its the same side every time. I am going to swap the 7/8s heims out for 1.25" and maybe aluminum links. Anybody have any ideas on why?

I ended up going with a built 400 and 241 tcase with SYE. The last pic is how it sits now. Sorry about the image quality in advance, not sure why it just started getting crappy.

I finished the Samurai in July, I ran it three times and decided to rebuild it over the winter and hopefully have it ready for next season. All I ended up keeping was the the cage, and the rear diff.

Sorry, I havent updated this thread in a while. I took time off this one and built two other projects. Now that they are done, its time to get back on this one. I picked up some new wheels yesterday and worked on the suspension a little over the weekend.
