When is Evans technically open?

Isnt it closed like half the year?

And what happens if you get caught?

Id like to go up there and play in the snow. But I don't want to meet bubba and have my rig towed off either.

So can I sign a registry log at the trail head. Stating I don't want to be rescued and all my assets will go to pay any bill I might occur. That way any accident will be a net win and wont close the trail.

I hearby understand life causes death. I want to have fun while I am on this planet. If I roll and die. Please at least 2 feet down so the animals don't dig me up and scatter my bones uncerimoniously all over the damn forest.

Sincerly Patrick.

How are the trails as far as slop goes with the light snow? I've been up there twice both after a good amount of rain and for the most part did ok...but with the snow I imagen things would get a lot more tricky...I'm open/open.
