Muddy in the lower portions, deep snow in the upper areas lockers advised. Going alone would be outright stupid. Carnage toll today 1 axle shaft, 1 blown bead, 1 broken power stearing pump, and lots of dragging guys out of the ditch.

We hit every trail including Rons Run/Re-Run and had a blast. The snow level up top (Learning Center) was well past my knees. Im impressed with how well my new MTR's worked.

Our carnage for 2 Jeeps and a Yota....none. :awesomework:

Yeah there was close to 2' in the upper pit! What time did you run Rons Run? Jeep Cross right? We ran the lower portion with the log pile around 4 and the only tracks there were going down.

It was a great day to be at Walker for sure! LTB's flat out work in the deep wet snow! Wherever I pointed my rig it went. I even drove around in 2wd at the upper pit.

The tracks going down were ours. There was nobody up there all day as we had to break trail everywhere we went. Only group we saw all day was yours when we were heading back down.

Here are a few pics from yesterday....

Yeah same with us. We came up the other way and the only tracks were quad tracks after the Jeep cross turn off.

I was surprised how empty it was up there!

How do those kevlars do in the deep wet stuff?

The kevlars seem to do well in all conditions. Not the best everywhere but overall, I would have to say they are the best for our trails. Some of the guys here know how often I change tires (and wheels) and I can honestly say I have a new favorite.

Some of the tires I've tried....

Toyo MT's
BFG KM1's
TSL's
IROK's
Krawlers
MTR's (old style)
MTR's (new style with kevlar)

Cool. Dont see many people running them yet, but they appeared to do well in the UA videos.

It was a fun day to be up there!

i was up there yesterday and we went up upper mainline and expressway and we were the first tracks in the snow on express way. snow was way deep.

Is this guy off trail? This is what gets places closed down!

If you took this seriously, you're a douche bag.

No, I believe he is On trail at the upper rock pit. There was that much snow up there and they were the guys that met us on the way down as i was nursing my steering box back together.

haha, Mark knows.... :;

Didn't realize you were broke when we were heading down.... :eeek:

I wasn't gonna bring it up but there are a few pics above that aren't on the trail... took me a min to figure out where it was at. Just sayin

LOL well I suppose you are right because there are no signs saying this is not a trail and what i am speaking of is so heavily used it may as well be, but is not an official trail on the map. Its a bypass created to make the trail more challenging :awesomework: But aneeeeways Walker was a blast last weekend!
