HudonCustoms gets new shop!

I need an electrican really soon to hook up my panel. I can do all the wiring for the plugs, switches and lights. I just need the panel hooked up and signed off.

Getting the ceiling done with a friend of mine... It is not easy hanging 4x8 sheets of OSB 14' in the air.

Also got most of the wiring roughed in.

Pooring the slab this weekend too, Im getting close to moving in!! :cheer:

It is is getting fully insulated, I have not really decided what I want to use as a heat source yet though... leaning towards LP.

And yes, the wwm is for the slab. :eeek: Dont worry... I have a pro helping me. :awesomework:

WWM just keeps people from stealing it :haha: #4 rebar will keep it from cracking too bad and last longer, but whatever you use, make sure you keep the concrete wet for at least 3 days after the pour, that will help reach strength. :awesomework:

We are dowling in #4 bar into the stem walls all the way around, then tying the mesh to the bars. 4000psi with fiber mix mud is going down... we will see if it cracks... if it does... oh well. I dont think I have ever seen a slab that does not have a crack in it. Ill keep it wet too... no worries man. :awesomework:

Got the slab all done... it look really nice. Thank you to Andrew and Harvy for all there hard work all day Saturday. :awesomework:

Been a little while since I updated this. Been getting some new tools and getting things put together in here. PUD is about to be done with all there wire hook ups so I will be able to stop using ex-cords and generators. :redneck:

I hate having a budget and doing it myself cause it takes so long... wish I was loaded.

Got this heater last night at Lowes for way less then retail cause it was the last one. :awesomework:

Heat is key to a nice shop, nice find. :awesomework: Used Pellet stoves can be had really cheap as well, and are cheap heat. :D

Well I made a big mess in the shop this last weekend and made the call to pull everything away from the walls and insulate everything and start putting up the OSB on the walls. The worst part was the mess of **** all stacked up in the middle of the shop. Good to have it done tho. More pics to come of the walls.
