CL of the day

I wouldn't be too worried about a 300k 8.3 as long as it carries good oil pressure and not a whole lot of blow by, it's a baby "big truck" motor, it's sleeved so rebuilds are possible unlike the smaller 5.9 which, as good as it was, is technically a throw away motor (not sleeved). Being that it's a 93 that motor should have Bosch MW pump, it's not the "grail" P7100 ( those pumps you can just slide the fuel plate forward for more hp like the 12v dodges of the era) but on the back of the pump there's a large screw with a jam nut, turn that in a few times and it'll wake it up.

Wealth of information there and that's a great way to educate my curiosity. :dblthumb:

Nice restoration job on the body and drivetrain, but kind of shabby on the interior, doesn,t look like the seats or door panels were redone. For that type of money and resto job it claims to be, the interior should have been completely redone and updated imo.
