Old buggy is getting a facelift.... After two years of wheelin and weather it was looking a little rough. I couldn't show up at KOH with an ugly duckling so the transformation began a couple weeks ago. Cosmetic and some long needed maintanence... Time has been limited so Nathan at Custom Fabrication in Decatur has picked up the slack. He did some miscellaneous work and built my new side panels. Thanks.

Thanks...
1.3 liter on propane, 5spd, 6.5 t-case. Built Toyotas.. 5.29's, shaved front with high pinion 3rd. Cryoed gears, dirty 30's, arp studs, drive flanges, etc.
Three link front, four link rear. 14" sway-a-way coilovers front, 16" sway-a-way air shocks rear. Full belly skid w/ UHMW. 112" wheelbase, 72" tall w/ 22" belly.
42" iroks on H1's...... 2600 pounds. I have a 1.6 auto to install, just too many projects going on.

I will see what pics i have. The paint was rusting everywhere, the seats were faded and falling apart, lots of loose ends that I said I would get around to and never did. It's tough to see but look at the seats and floor boards. Hell, I wheeled it for two years without the trans tunnel being finished. You could watch the drive shafts turn beside you. Thanks for the compliments, I'm really pleased with how it is turning out.

Here is the inside. It's fresh paint and bedliner but this is the hole that was open for two years. It is now covered with a removable piece.

thats what i will be doing this weekend, got the tunnel cut out last night, going to mount the 22r, 5 speed , dual cases
and then bend some sheetmetal back to cover it up.
nice job.

crappy pics but the tunnel is finished and the new seats are in it.... I had to totally rebuild my trailer brakes and bearings so it looks like a few things will be handled on the lake bed.
