During the bounty hill climb at Piney Grove Off Road Park in Somerset Ky on March 23rd someone stole a GoPro camera belonging to Buckin Productions. This occurred during a roll over recovery. Guess the idiot didnt think about the other cameras that were set up and the many pics being taken by all the spectators.....Well,with help from guys at the park,Buckin Productions other cameras and pics submitted by other spectators, the thief was picked out of the crowd. All this was posted up on the parks Facebook page and shared by everyone. Well the camera was returned on Tuesday ,through the mail. Odd thing is....it was mailed to the address that was posted on Hardline to help people get close to the park for the event! The park doesn't have a physical address so they used one of the local guys addresses that lives near the entrance to help with GPS. Kinda makes me think the thief or someone who knows him is a member or guest here ....just sayin beware !The package was not mailed from inside the state of Ky.....Not pointing fingers ,know that most people here are honest wheelin people.Shame to have people like this at events!

Wasn't me ;D...but any chance the guy was doing the right thing or does your video evidence clearly show otherwise.
just thinking you got it back fast, mail took two days :dunno:

The GoPro was taken from between two rocks where it had been placed by Charles, not from the buggy......mail from Tennessee to southern Ky doesn't take long! :****:

SOON AS I CAN FIGURE OUT HOW TO POST PICS ON HERE, I WILL POST THEM AND HOW MANY WOULD U ALL LIKE TO SEE??? SAY THE THIEF IS ON HERE ANYWAYS SINCE THE ADDRESS WAS POSTED ON HARDLINE IN THE FIRST PLACE, THEN MAILED BACK FROM ASHLAND TN!!!! thumb.gif

Re: Re: Thief!

The dude probably picked the camera up off the ground so it wouldn't get run over.

Not everyone understands that you can slang a gopro with a buggy and it won't get broken.

yes ur right he picked it up... instead of giving it back how come it went 3 hrs away from here and after pics got plasster every where then it gets mailed back from ASHLAND TN......

camera in left hand!!!

He may be a crooked SOB... or he may have been trying to help, you never know about people these days. Maybe he'll post up and set the record straight

Glad you got it back. Dude has some balls just picking it up and walking off like that.

I would say thief as he put his hood on to grab it hoping he wouldn't be seen .

Not to mention, if I'm trying to help I'm going to pick it up and openly ask the crowd of people hanging around who left their gopro on a rock, not pocket it and be quiet.
