If so, when and what was your opinion?

Anything you'd like to see different?

Please don't reply if you haven't been personally.

They are missing hardcore trails.

We are goin down next weekend for the utv Ralley raid race and can't wait to see whats new.

I have been, and we had a good time, there are a few good hills there, but there is a ton of potential for trails that haven't been cut yet, i just think some new trails being cut and it could be a really awesome park.

They will cut the trail if you tell them! They have some good climbs if you know where to go! But it gets pretty bad dusty this time of year with little rain

I was out there a couple of weekends ago helping clean up some trails. They still have trees down from the April 27, 2011 tornados. The new office is really nice and their cabins too. They look small but they sleep 4, have heat/ac, a shower, small fridge and microwave.

They are covered up most weekends with atvs/utvs so the buggy/jeep/truck trails are not progressing very quickly.

ive been a few times, it has great potential for any type terrain wanted. We just need to get up there and show what we want and they will get it done. Great park IMO. :driving:

All it is missing is exposed rocks and a fourth classification for trails. I took a bone stock CJ7 up a good many of the the Extreme trails. A RZR in 2wd went up all of the same trails.

My thoughts are as follows:

Facilities top notch
Trails are great for a beginner, 4 wheeler, rail buggy, or someone that just wants to trail ride
Staff has been friendly so far and for $5 you can get tow insurance to get you back to the parking lot safely

Bring in a load of rocks, put a bounty on an unclimbable hill and keep up the good work.

There are several valleys that have good exposed rocks, and some nasty climbs with ledges in them. They just need a few trees gone and some people to hit the hills..
I'd say most of the trails are easy because those were the original trails cut, not because that is all the potential it has.

I'm thinking about going there. Some tell me its worth towing 5 hours with a buggy, others say it isn't. Should I tow my rig 5 hours to ride there for a weekend?

All reports I've heard say no, but I'be never been myself, so :dunno:

I hate to say it cause I really like the park. Unfortunately, I don't think I would travel 5 hours for it. Now I would if I were going to go hit a couple more parks up here that weekend. If we could get more traffic on the trails and people making new trails, it would be the new GR. IMO.

it's a great park, with tons of potential, and it's a good time, but if I were driving five hours there are places I had rather go, I think 1 day it will be worth it, it's just not at the moment.

I like the place and go a lot it's cheep and close to home if you get there when they open Its great
