It's on the bottom where it is easy to get to. :flipoff1:

The part that goes to the left side is 2 fold. 1 its a sump for my aeromotive stealth pump and also puts the tank on the side so i can add a filler neck to the body behind the b pillar. I didn't like filling inside.

Curious why you would install the gauges, stereo, and speakers before the finish welding.

Very cool "looking" dash from the design point but from a function point it looks completely wrong!!! With a harness on and fully tight, I don't see you being able to reach the shifters or radio and unless your seat is mounted high I don't see you looking over the dash to well either. Definitely some awesome craftsmanship though!!!!!
