I like turtles...
I know there's a few people on here from Ohio so I thought I would share this. A couple years ago we lost a good wheeling buddy of ours to lung cancer. He was diagnosed at stage 4 around February and we lost him by June. He was only 31 years old and a non smoker so to lose him to lung cancer at such a young age just blew a lot of us away. It was hard on his wheeling family but I'm sure it was even harder on his real family. He was married to his high school sweetheart and they had a 4 year old daughter. He was always the tough guy of the group that always wanted to hit the hardest **** as soon as he got there and was real good at taunting others into doing the same. Despite his brash, asshole exterior he was an extremely good dude and would call you a ***** all day long on the trail but would be the first one to help you fix your **** after he talked you into breaking it. After he was diagnosed and before he passed away he wanted to do a benefit ride for cancer patients and he started working on scheduling it but before it came together we lost him. We kept it together and with help from lots of friends and a local off road park the show rolled on and we've been donating the money raised at the event to his family. The event is held at Heiney Farms in Roseville Ohio. It's what I refer to as "southeastern ohio wheeling" . Dirt hill climbs, and ravines with rocks underneath of it. It's got a little something for everyone. What's even better than the terrain at the farm is the people. Clint and his wife Heather along with their army of good friends do an amazing job at hosting and organizing this ride every year and make it a fun event for all who attend. It has an open trail ride going on all day as long as some mini events ( rti ramp, slow crawl, time trial), a 50/50 raffle, and a raffle of various prizes donated by local businesses and vendors.
This is the link from the local forum if you would like to RSVP and get more information. The ride is limited to a 100 rigs so we can keep people moving and riding safely all day without to many traffic jams.

If there any vendors on here that would be interested in donating anything, gift cards, coozies, stickers, shirts, or whatever ya got, feel free to PM me and we can work something out. I know a lot of people on here aren't from Ohio or come wheeling in Ohio but I just thought I would post this to anybody who might be interested.
