We are having our TOY RUN on OCTOBER 24th- 26th. This is a OPEN RIDE! We will have a HILL CLIMB challenge and a MUDSLING this year. There will be tons of food and LOTS of items for the raffle/auction. All races will be on Saturday.
The primary goal is to collect toys for the local foster kids. It's simple, for every rig, if you bring a toy or toys, it's $10 off the admission! So Make sure to drop by somewhere, and bring a toy!
There will be a V8 and 4/6 cylinder & side by side class for the hill climb race. $10 entry fee. You must have a factory hard top or roll cage. No lap belts! Factory belts are allowed.
Pit will be 300' long HILL N HOLE
Sing up online on forum or day of the race at gate.
Paybacks will be for 1st and 2nd only.
Classes will pay back 75% to 1st and 25% to 2nd out of the pot.
We will have a timing system. No restarts. 1 Buy back is allowed.
HELMETS ARE REQUIRED!!
Classes are:
8 cyl Street Class $15
1. Must be stock appearing and could pass NC inspection. 2. No Gutting 3. Must have dash and heater box. 4. Small truck V-8 conversions not allowed. 5. Minor fender trimming is allowed. 6. Lift kits allowed. 7. Must have mufflers. 8. Any DOT tire allowed No cut tires. 9. No nitrous, super chargers or turbo. Diesel's with factory turbo OK. 10. Can use 2 of these bolt ons, Carb, Intake, Headers or ignition, 11. Must have all glass. 12. Body swaps allowed...fenders must line up w/ tires
4cyl and 6cyl Street
CLASS will use same rules as . $15
Modified Street. $25
Uses ALL the street rules except you can have any bolt ons. Must have all glass.
SMALL BLOCK MODIFIED $30
1. Any type is allowed, no fiberglass bodys, fiberglass hood ok, bodys can be gutted, moved or narrowed. 2. Small truck v-8 swap ok. 3. Engines 401 cubic inches and down, bore and stroke can be changed. 4. Aftermarket blocks allowed no aluminum blocks. 5. 3-link, traction bar or sliders are allowed, no 4 links. 6. coil overs are allowed. 7. Single carb only no fuel injection or dominator carbs. 8. Trans brake or 2-step not allowed. 9. Radiator must be in front. 10. Powerglide transmissions or special transfer cases not allowed. chain drive is allowed. 11. Must use Factory type frame, No tube frames. 12. Must have brakes on all 4 wheels. 13.Any vehicle without a top must have rollbar, PREFER everybody have one, 14. Must have minimum 2lb fire extinguisher. 15. Exhaust can not exit through hood. 16. No nitrous, turbos, superchargers, or any other power adder allowed. 17. Small block moified trucks can also race in big block Modified class if they meet the rules. 18. Fire suits are recommended.
BIG BLOCK MODIFIED.$30
Any size engine allowed. 2. After market block allowed, No aluminum blocks. 3. No rear engine, Driver must sit behind engine. 4. Any transmission, trans fer case orchain drive is allowed. 5. Trans brake allowed. 6. must have minimum 4 point roll cage.. 7. No sheet metel intake, Only 1 carb Dominator ok no fuel injection. 8. Must use Factory type frame, no round tube frames, rectangle tube frame ok. 9. Any body allowed can be gutted moved or narrowed. fiberglass ok. 10. no 4 links. 3 links, sliders, traction bars ok, coilovers ok. 11. must have fuel cell any fuel allowed. 12. must have racing harness. 13. Electric shifter ok. 14. Must have front and rear drive shaft loops. 15. fuel cell or battery can not be in driver compartment.16. Must have trans shield and flex plate shield. 17. Maximum wheelbase is 135 inches. 18. Must have minimum 2lb fire extinguisher. 19. No nitrous, turbos, super chargers or any other power adders. 21. Fire suits are recommended.
PRO MODIFIED $40
1. Any size engine allowed 2. Aluminum block OK. 3. No rear engines - driver must sit behind the engine. 4. Any suspension allowed. 5. Stock or rectangle tube frames allowed. No round tubing frames. 6. Any body allowed - Fiberglass OK. 7. Must use DOT tires. 44 inch max. No paddle or tractor tires. Cut tires allowed. 8. Single or dual carbs Allowed. 9. No fuel injection. 10. Sheet metal intakes allowed. 11. No nitrous, Super chargers, Or Turbo or any other adder allowed. If truck is equipped for nitrous, bottle must be removed and line plugged at carb. 12. Must have front and rear drive shaft loops. 13. Any Transmission - Transfer case - Chain drive OK. Trans brake OK. 14. Any fuel allowed. 15. Must have racing seat, 5 point harness, and minimum of 2LB fire extinguisher. 16. Must have kill switch at rear of vehicle. 17. No batteries or fuel lines allowed in drivers compartment. 18. Must have transmission shield and flex plate shield. 19. Must have roll cage - 6 point minimum. 20. Must have brakes.
OPEN CLASS $ 20
1. Anything is allowed in this class. 2. All safety rules in Pro Modified will also apply To this class. 3. Drivers must wear fire suit.
