I love the full blown buggies just as much as the next guy. I like to see the homebuilt stuff too. Lets see some of the lower budget firewall buggies and full bodied rigs that get wheeled hard. Here is my fullsize 3 seater Ford. I am really thinking hard about cutting off a lot of sheet metal and adding a bench seat to fit my 3 kids, boatsides, and new cage. The truck is a Propane big block Ford with a C6, 203/205 with triple sticks. D60 stuffed with 4.10's, locker, RCV's, gusseted C's, and Solid knuckles. The rear is just a 10.25 with 4.10's and a welded diff. Homemade 1/4'' wall dshafts and 1410 joints throughout. 44'' boggers on H1 double beadlocks. Full belly skid. Doved front and rear with 3 suspension seats and harnesses.

This was before I narrowed the front.

AllShowNoGo don't cut anything that's a bad as rig. Luv them old Fords.

Thanks, the only reason for cutting would be to add the bench seat. I would still have the front clip and cowl. I was thinking of lowering the seats a little, building a cage, and chopping the chop a couple inches. Would incorporate the roof, but it would not have any of the rear cab left so that the rear occupants have a place to put their feet. It weighs 5720 full of fuel, tools and a high lift jack. If the kids aren't with me, add another 100 lbs of beer and ice.

Almost original! :****:
