the problem is the guy who lives there may not be an inernet guy, he may be a drive a few hours and beat someone's arse kinda guy. There is a difference in public records sitting on the shelf in the back room of the Internet and someone posting all your bidness on a public forum.

No, the guy that owns the place is an internet, computer programmer guy, the kind that knows how to hack into things and mess up alot of stuff because somebody was careless and misusing his info. He would rather save the time and gas money.
