Strong Rockwell beadlocks??

Curious to see if you guys know of anyone making stronger wheels than what I have. I'm running MRW extreme duty double beadlocks and I have just bent the center section on one of my rims....it's made from half inch thick steel.

I was thinking of doing some triangle gussets in between lugs. I have Mrw also

That's prolly a good idea!....my rim bent right around the lug nuts.

H1's with 1/2 in centers. Lurch runs H1's with 3/8 in centers.

ive got a set of h1s with half inch centers and they are beef.

He left out the part about the 54 inch boggers. Not sure if they are 17 or 20

I got half inch centers now....but they are 20" rims so I guess the extra diameter doesn't help.

So I'm going to with put gussets in the rim or go to 3/4 centers I guess :dunno:

1/2" thick of what steel? A36? grade 50? grade 80? domex? I mean you don't always have to throw thickness at a bending problem. As long as it is weldable to the wheel shell without brittleness you can go up in material grade

That's tru. I have no idea what grade. Gonna make a call to MRW

Are the centers, centered in the shell? Too much or too little back spacing will put more leverage on them.
