Funny you ask that. I'm sitting on the side of the interstate in Marshall, TX. I feel the need to sit down on the porcelain throne and remember my wipes. Quickly up front, I grab my bag and head back to the toilet. Business is done and the water tank is not full. I look through the fridge and find all that I can to assist the process down into the tanks. Water from the gallon jug emptied, 7 up drained, are you still reading this? If so, **** is way too important in your life and you need to find a handful of flashemifyougotem or some :cougar:

Weirdo's :****: :gtfo:

I am thinking of doing a burnout video tomorrow if I can get the rear brakes to lock up with the foot brake/emergency brake. Who's retarded now?

BTW, you have already impeded on day two spoiler alerts. **** happens, literally.

I'm stumped by the part owner and sole proprietor title. Part owner signifies a business partnership. Sole proprietor signifies a single business owner who is one with the business and assumes unlimited liability regarding the business. Is there a way to have partner(s) and the business structure still remain a sole proprietorship instead of a partnership? If so, what are the advantages? I'm majoring in Business so I'm curious about all this.

It's not the best business setup for tax purposes for sure. A sub S corporation would be ideal but involved too much hassle with dividing the profits. It's basically a family business with 3 partners acting as independent contractors. I'm hesitant to form a sub S corporation since it would involve competing against the man that raised me...even though I would save 6-8k a year on taxes. Staying in a partnership means we gross more, and can split the expenses 3 ways though.

Learn something everyday, so thanks! It's interesting to see the different business models people use and what works for them.
