14 bolt front build thread and tech help

Got the UBs and rotors redrilled by Hudlow Axle. He did a great job and went ahead and pressed in the studs for me as well. He also cut away some material in the back that will make future stud R&R much easier. Calipers are huge.

Barnes 4wd 13 bolt cover is a nice piece as are the BTF lower kingpin caps. Pricey but they look like they'll take a hit. UB cover kit or whatever you want to call it, from RCV is also a quality piece. Has a sealing o-ring, and the hole in the middle that the bolt goes through also has an o-ring recessed in there. Nice touch. Does anyone know what the metal strapping is for?

If anyone was questioning the size of the neckdown portion of these stubs, I don't think it's an issue. That is my thumb and middle finger and I don't have small hands.

That's it for now. My custom cut steering arms should be here this week. Looking forward to how those turned out. We cut the prototypes out of some cheaper material for mockup, that way we can make any tweaks needed then cut the finals out of the good stuff.

Custom steering arm came in today. Just one, cut from aluminum. Going to mount on a knuckle for mockup to check clearances and everything. If any changes need to be made, we'll make them and then cut the final set.

Reid bronze bushings bring the beef. Dorman studs I found on ebay for 1/3 price of everywhere else look legit.

I should have some meat and potatoes for you guys next week. Things have been on hold for the last week or so but are about to start rolling again. Shooting to ride the weekend of Nov 11th so that's the timeline as of now to be done.
