Been kind of a slow go with a full time day job that has been kicking my ass and my blacksmith business but we've got the front axle out for a rebuild. One side was pretty nice and had the original Bendix jointed axle in it. J-mox had already been in it and put new brakes on that side. The other side was a rusty mess. It had a newer Spicer jointed shaft and it looks like the knuckle held water for a while. The u-joint is froze up and both ki g pins are frozen in the cups. Currently working on getting that apart. Tried beating on it, then heat & beat then I just cut the king pin cap off but there is still too much of the pin sticking up to remove the knuckle. I'm gonna have to resort to the plasma.Got any updates?
