Starting to build OBA

Now ive got my tank, toyota AC pump already mounted on the block, now im trying to figure out pressure switches, pressure relief valve, check valve/uploader. Now i was wondering for the people that have done this and used the listed items, where did you find your parts locally

Here is what i found on Napa the Pressure switch for compressors, but isnt it 120v?

Here is what i found on summit racing. was thinking of using it but not sure if its the proper item to use. everything reads right and has what i need listed on it (being 12v, being able to thread on my fittings, stops compressor at 120psi, starts compressor back up at 90psi) Probably will go with this one

Now for pressure relief valves im still looking for the right one. anyone know where i can find the same as the pic i posted below. notice it sets on the top of the "T", probably stated that wrong. also need to find the right check/uploader valve.

i found this check/uploader valve that goes into the tank, which i will be putting mine onto fittings (shown in the pic below) i know it will thread into my fittings (instead of tank). i have a 1/2" (i think), fitting that goes into the hose and threads into (what im going to be using) the check valve. Seem like its the right one?

Now this is my first OBA setup and trying to do it clean/right way. Found this link on the Jeep compressors. It states the valves and switchs i will need. also have the same tank as the link that describes how to convert Fire extingusher to pressure tank. Need lots of input on mainly the switches and valves, the rest is a breeze.

the 120 volt regulator switch will work just fine. You can get all the parts you need (regulator checkvalve) and such at any large hardware store like mclendons or home depot. another trick little item to have is a sylinoid(sp) from a early car or truck with AC that increases your rpm by a couple hundred when the compressor turns on. Or use a cable type one.

Make sure it gets oiled enough, and then have a oil trap on the out that feeds back to the oiling supply.
 
Probably the cheapest and easies but most ghetto way to do it is just go down and buy a little 110 compressor with a tank for 40 bucks at wallmart, throw the motor away, wire the AC pump to the pressure switch, plumb in the supply line and DONE. The oil trap thing is a good idea too.

X2, got most everything I needed at McClendon's
 
Mine easily pumps my OBA up to 150 psi. My pressure switch turns on at 100psi and turns off at 150. I have my the air to the tank run thru a shut off valve. So I don't have to worry about blowing the tank. just the hose. I have had my stock A/C pump almost 170psi. Had to do that once or twice to blow beads back on the rim. I almost never oil mine. But I do end up replacing it every 4-5 run. Hobie wicks oil off of the breather on the valve cover on his. He rarely blew his compressor.
 
I'm confused. WHY do you have a MALE quick connect? It is proper to use a FEMALE connector there. You have already protected the (air) circuit twice - once with the electrical cut-off switch, and secondly with the pop-off valve. You're doing this in reverse of the norm, so all your tools will have the wrong fittings on them.

True, but that makes little sense. So you can take your flipoff and :kissmyass:. Do it right and put the correct fittings on. Then everybodys tools, hoses, etc are compatable.

i found the perfect self oiling deal for $30 today at lowes. getting all fittings tomorrow. I have my system mapped out in my head and basically uses very few fittings
