I'd check the battery terminals again, as well as the age/condition of the batteries. Mine had this issue a few years ago and it turned out to be one of the batteries had a dead cell and was dragging the whole system down.

I have one from a 6.0 in mine, it made a huge difference. Before that I had a plate cooler that was 12"x18" mounted in front of the radiator. That in it self made a big difference.
Ran Walker yesterday. One guy in the group spit out the drivers side U-joint and it took the inner shaft with it.
I broke a output yolk strap on the front of my Dana 300. Easy fix. New U-joint and straps. Back on the trail.
I would love to hit both, but I am involved with the planning for the event in Concrete. Doug was my friend, and his brother Jason was in my class. I will be up there for 3 days.. Friday-Sunday.
