    Heres what i came up with. I kind of went with the lines of a Poison spider Bruiser chassis like i originally wanted to. Found two pieces of already bent tube that worked perfect, so i sleeved them and made it work. And here is the floor, and tunnel design i went with. I wanted the tunnel...

    Aluminum. We have a bunch of them that are the wrong size for the race car. And i have one of them fancy air Pop rivot guns, so my hands wont be getting tired Crash :redneck:

    Floor pan frame is in, tunnel is built, beer was drank. I decided to change the lower door bar, i couldnt come up with a good way to make the floor work, and not be awkward.

    Problem i see with those is, the head can get filled with mud, tree bark, and such. Making it hard to remove them later. PLus the ones i already have in the garage, have a head on them that would get ripped off. The rivots are actually working out quite well. :awesomework:

    Rivots are much cheaper than screws and nuts. I get them for free :D And they dont come loose. So when they are tight you dont get and rattling?

    The advantages to rivots are obviously an option of easy removal to access anything. But do you get bad vibration in the sheetmetal? I really dont want to spent 2000 hours tack welding it all.
