Got the head bolted on with all the timing stuff, bolting on the intake and like 3 bolts turn like butter, the clown before me stripped them out.
Suggestions? helicoil? drill it next size and retap?
14 Bolt rear, find those cheap.
You can find cheap low pinion 60 fronts, they are out there. Other than a Dana44, maybe a 12 bolt front or whatever. Not my specialty though.
I have never understood why people leave there tow rigs running when they go to grocery stores and stuff like that. Sometimes leaving it running for hours or so. I know big trucks do, aside from running there generators for power and stuff. But aside from that I'm clueless. Care to explain?
I went to C&D machine in Kirkland, got it bored, honed, regrind on the crank, rebushed the rods for a price that could be good, didnt really shop around that much, just heard good things about them and threw my parts and money at 'em.
Ok, so I put a test light to each side of every fuse and the only side that didn't light up is the left side of the gauge fuse... I'm gonna take off the fuse box and look at the wires for it later tonight...
