    Muncie M20 into a 4wd application?

Are you stuck on a manual? Auto's are much better for wheeling IMO, next rig will definitely have an auto.

53 Cj3B build, lets hear your ideas.

L67 (supercharged 3.8l GM 60* V6) can be had for cheap and can be adapted to many different trans. (700r4, Turbo 350, TF904, AW4) Big disadvantage to them is the rear facing intake, but that can be worked around. Toyota axles for ease of finding built ones for cheap. Stretch the body for sure.

    Suspension seats

I was gonna try these in wides, some good reviews, some bad. Most of the bad reviews seems like when people leave them out in the weather. http://www.jeepswag.com/empi/buy2/

    D 300 Front Output Bearing

Been noticing upon general maintenance that my front output bearing on my D300 is getting sloppy. Can it be replaced without tearing the case down?

    1 1/4" hiems

Is the noise a squeek? I've found white lithium chain grease quiets joints up for usually a couple runs.

    Tires?

I run 36" bias Iroks on my pathy and Japerry has 37" radial Rockers on his LJ. Size wise, they are close to the same height. Performance wise they are very similar, with the rocker edging ahead in everything but snow. Toughness is where the rocker is quite a bit better IMO. Even bias Iroks...

    Dana 44 upgrade questions

Japerry has this setup I believe and beats on his LJ with 37's. The axles outlive the gears.

    M/T Tire Debate

I assume your rig has stock gearing as well? You'll be happier with a 33" tire; the jump to a 35" tire would make the lack of gearing start to show.

    Dyno tune Shop

I have nothing to add other then I was doing some research on this a couple days ago and found this video of these guys tuning some wheelers. I have not used them, and am not endorsing them, just saying they may be worth checking out. http://www.tunedbypsi.com/dyno-archive.php?make=Rock%20Crawler
