Re:The guy from the Hardline ride in the Cadillac Buggy (Sting). Is big into Duramaxs and is a great dude to deal with. He doesn't do much with transmissions but I bet he maybe able to help give you some advice on who to talk to or trouble shoot the problem a bit.
