I agree with both of you guys. I just think his advantage is higher than most. He's been out there ALOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT the last month prepping and learning the area. Im sure alot of other's are as well, like I said the local's have a huge advantage obviously compared to people that have never wheeled there. If I had to go straight up biased with my opinion , Id love to see Shannon win with this IFS rig just because its something new and different ( hell or Rick Dermo for that matter.... he will be in an IFS rig as well from what has been said. )

If I wanted to get reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaly biased, Id love to see Adam Carter, or Bigelow win it for teh East Coast upset. HOly **** that would light some fires ! laughing1

He is the JR of last year. Just wonder if he can bring it home....

I think him and JR are both in great shape. Hell they were 1 and 2 most of the race last year. Having sorted out rigs helps a ton.

It is going to come down to who can keep their rig together the best. Every part is going to get used up. I want to just follow behind in Nolen's Rhino and pick up high dolla parts that are going to come flying off a lot of these rigs laughing1

So is this the "waterfall" on backdoor that gets all the hype. found several other you tube's of various rigs going up it.

I got plenty of video from that... Your pal EZ rick makes it look like cake but the trent fab buggies were strugglin like crazy on it... it's a hard ass waterfall. There's a reason it's the party spot the Saturday night after TB jambo... There was alot of junk that looked more like Oklahoma than Cali trying it and failing...

I am not saying ****, I have heard some people walk it and others cannot buy a line on Backdoor. The S&N Guys tell me their cars will walk right up it and that mine has been up it with the original owner with ease. My WB is 107" and I have a bunch of weight way out in front of the front axle.

Im just stating that Matt's junk can CLIMB... S&N say's all there car's love that waterfall being so heavily biased with fwd weight. Im not being cocky, I just think his will do just fine on that obstacle.

Matt beat me...

There is a YouTube of willyswanters (RIP) big ol rock limo going up it on the far left side. It doesnt look bad at all over on the left.... at least in the video's I found. I cant wait to hit that bitch.. Matt you gotta let me drive up it once too ! :dblthumb:
