1.5 or 2" on 20r?

Hey Guys,

Just finally got my header :cheer: and I'm curious to see if I should go with a 1.5" exhaust or a 2" exhaust?

I hear 2.5 is the maxx.


What do you think?

the smaller exhaust will create more backpreasure and therefore better tourqe for low end grunt. the larger size will allow for better top end so its all in what you are wanting

It all depends on the engine, what modifications if any have been done to it. If none, 1.5, if ported, 3 angle valve job etc... then 2 inch.

I run 2 1/4 also. Seems to work a lot better than the old smaller crap I had on there.

2" or larger. 2.25 preferred. all my buddy's with modded toyota's run 2.25"
