14 bolt front axle - Who is building them?

I know we talked about it awhile back. Was it Woodlee, Jimmy, or Coleworks that was building the front 14 bolt axles?
Were they building them to sell? ???

I know Coleworx is building some, I know Woodlee is building some or is in on all that as well... the TN boys are going to be running a few rigs with them next year from what I've seen / heard.

Sumner used to do them, he's from your neck of the woods even though I know John and the other guy split up as far as shop goes...

sumner is still making them and he's also got some things up his sleeve

his new place is in Arkansas City and it's calls Sumner Machine Works which turns out to be WMS backwards and he's still able to use the logo on stuff, just reversed

It is for my buddy, not me (yet). He has smoked 3 R&P's in his low pinion 60 in the last 6 months or so (550 HP and 44's ). His name is Joe and I will have him give you a call.

what's the thoughts on running the ring and pinion on the coast side?

I heard the 14's aren't too great to run backwards, any truth

You can't 40 spline a 30 spline, you can't 40 spline a 30 spline Lloyd.

All it takes is money. Broach out the side gears on the ARB to 40 spline. I know a guy with a 40 spline broach. :-*

We will just have to see how they hold up. I am willing to bet ( a lot of money I have sunk into mine ) that they will handle it better than a 60 on the coast side of the gear like all of the other low pinion front 60's out there.
