Credit were credit is due.... thats a re badged BTF Truss.

I cant lie, **** I knocked Dan off on it, thats what is on my rig............... I did it because that was the resource provided though, I didnt put em up for sale on Al Gore's internet as my own product !

Is it a great truss. **** yes, why............. SIMPLE. BTF designed a great system.

Your choice is $$$ and resource. **** there's about a dozen different ways for you to put a truss on a 14B , and frankly ( no personal offense ) Wyatt, if your going to support a DESIGN, do it correctly, and throw in there... "BUT" KORE copied it blatantly and this was X.XX cheaper.

Cheaper option, BUT its only 1/4" I dunno if that would hold up, since everyone uses 1/2" or 3/8" plate. Only 94 bucks though. http://copperheadfab.com/index.php?action=productview&productid=171

to make the 1/4 stand up you have to have the vert stiffener rib like that one does.

Agree with Kelly... **** i've seen personally a 1/2" thick BTF one get bent... it didnt give up but it bent and went a wobbly one. Still rode out but damn, that was wild ! laughing1

its not just Ken though. Sniper fab has very similar front truss and DE ram mounts like Dan's too.

Alot of folks do, and I feel BTF got alot of lines and design off of stuff Avalanche Eng and Poison Spyder were doing, Just my personal opinion here... not based on anything other than watching. The difference is the changes are significant enough that it doesnt look damn near identical. Its a fine line that gets crossed frequently in the industry no doubt, busines is business either way you look at it and if you dont have a patent or any of that stuff then no one can really do anything about it and you gotta stay on top of your game with other perspectives...

Went by there last nite and he is very limited on what he can do in that shop. We did figure out how to mount his pully system so it doesn't stick through the hood.
