1951 CJ3A Info needed.

i just bought one that i am parting out.

i dont know any particulars so if someone knows what the running gear that comes in em please speak up?

i beleive it has D44 front and rear the front is closed knuckle.

i believe it has a dana 18 transfer case and a 3 sp tranny.

it has the 4 cyl flathead motor dont know what size?
comes with a running spare motor.

the tub im keeping but the rest is up for grabs so if any collectors need any particular part let me know...

The best part is the one piece windshield.
Front: Dana 25
Rear: offset Dana 44, 19 spline IIRC, tappered axle
Trans: T90
Xfer: Dana 18, probably the the 1" shaft (IIRC there were 3 sizes 7/8, 1", 1 1/8)
Overdrive???
Engine: L-head (flathead)
IIRC, the frame is stronger than a 2A but not much else is changed beside the windshield and rearend.

There is a better chance of the rear being a dana 41. It was possible for it to have a d44, but very unlikely.

WARJEEPER tranny is up for grabs it appears to shift just fine but havent ran since 81. whats it worth to ya?

Pokey yes i plan on keeping the tub for the next project including the glass. actually only keeping the tub to template the shapes from as it will be all new metal skins over the tube.
