Posting this for a friend but anyways.....

He plans on getting a 4" leaf spring lift for it.. Will his drivelines need to me replaced or will the stock ones work?

Tht is a very rough riding suspension lift. It seems like those spring are mounted solid to the frame with no shackle . I would look into finding something alittle smoother of a ride.

Old Man Emu (OME) springs are widely regarded as the best off-the-shelf kits out there, but they're super expensive. I'm assuming since he was looking at the Rough Country kit he's on a budget, so the OMEs are out as well as custom leaf packs.

More in his budget range, lots of people seem to be happy with Skyjacker kits. And if he's at all "fab-capable" moving the rear shackle mounts forward a bit to get the shackle to lay back more will greatly improve ride and flex.
