has any one done this kind of swap beacasue my truck needs a lot more work im just decided to do something a lil different than the rest of the toyota guys i think it will work i just know if anything than moving some body mounts needs to be done im 6,5 so an ext cab would be nice i have the cab im just lazy and didnt really want to do it

so whats the word on the fab work...
doing a cab swap is pretty straight forward... bob the bed probably move the gas tank into the bed add a couple body mounts under the cab

You can save a ton of work (on the back of the cab) by adding a body lift. Personally I love to cut and weld, and hate body lifts. PM me if you have any specific questions but Most everything is in the thread.

a guy i knwo did that swap and ya he ran a 2 or 3 inch body lift to keep the tires from running the back of the cab and to clear the gas tank!! but looked sick wen it was done!!
