I am building a buggy and have 2.5 -18" Fox Air shocks. Can anyone help regarding the inatial set up of the shocks. I have been told that I should extend the shocks compleatly and fill with nitrogen and then winch the shock down to ride height. At what point is to much nitrogen (psi) as I don't want to blow the seals out?

Thank you, Lynn

We run 2.0 Walkers on our baja, and i think the most we see is 165... We just use the kit from Poly performance... it works really good!

You are right that you fully extend the shock to fill it. Every application varies, In some cases I have had to go to 325psi. Also you can change spring rate by adding oil.
