Their interpretation of high speed and ours is VERY different. When they say high speed and talk about fading, I assume that means out in the desert hauling ass in long distances over terrain that is brutal on suspension, covering lots of ground. Not a bouncer that takes 30 seconds to bounce right up a big hill. And what do all the bouncers do between big hills? low speed stuff. I guess the external bypasses help create more friction and heats up the oil fast and maybe froths with the Nitrogen quicker??

What's the big difference between the bypass air shocks and the bypass shock absorbers that everybody runs paired with coilovers out in the desert (and even some bouncers around here)? If they fade that quick and are junk, looks like the bypass shock absorbers would be too, instead of so many people spending thousands of dollars on them on top of the initial cost of coilovers. I may be incorrect, but isn't the only difference between a shock absorber and an air shock, the fact than an air shock is built to hold and maintain a much higher nitrogen capacity to create an air spring that supports the vehicle? Shock absorbers are charged with nitrogen too. Or maybe there's just something I'm completely not comprehending about bypass shocks.  molaugh Either way I'm curious to learn more.
