2009 Ride Locations

This is what we came up with last night. I think Cole was the only one not there, so look at these and see what dates do not work. I don't think we can get 100% around your schedule since you work so many weekends, but many of these rides can be moved a week in either direction if needed. Biggest thing is to set the DATES now, places may change but I really don't expect that since we have a really close schedule for 09. I am just going to list Hardline rides/work days, there are also 6 Gray Rock rides and the KOTH in Florette. I just listed the Saturday date for each ride, some will be 2 days, some will not.

1/31 - Hardline Winter Ride in Gardendale, Party at Matt O's to follow (This is my KOH thanks so I was planning on inviting Jimmy & Joe from EOR as they did a bunch for the team)

2/21 - Morris Mtn (For those not driving to KOH )

3/14 - Shamrock Run @ MMORV (Work Day for Hardline)

4/18 - Wooly's ORV

5/23 - Hardline Open Ride @ Chocolo Mtn (Memorial Day Weekend)

7/11 - KOTH Course, Florette, AL

9/19 - Summertown, TN

11/14 - Windrock, Oliver Springs, TN

I can make 4 out of the 8. It's cool though, my schedule sucks, but its my job and there is nothing I can do about it.

Thats cool, you guys don't have to change any of them. I will try my best to make them and I may can take vacation for some.
I don't like people having to change everything just for me. I will figure something out.

It is no worries, we want people to be involved and we know you will be there if you are not working. I think 2-3 of them can be changed with ease.

I thought this far out we could for sure change the May ride to one week sooner (no conflicts at all) and the Sept ride to one week later, no conflicts there. The Nov ride moving back one week puts it before RBD, so that is up to you all.

Not sure if we can move the Jan ride because I don't know if I will be done with my ride! Maybe I will know better by first of Jan, but would it work with the rest of you to move it up one week if I can?
