First chassis of the year, just picked it up from jimmy's friday....... now the fun part begins

awesome ride :dblthumb: i try the 47 LTB's on my old buggy, they didnt work so great. hope they work better 4 u
 
Yea man ive heard good and bad about them but i guess ill find out once i gettem diggin! Hoping to have this unit goin by summer. Its my first buggy so im tryin to figure out how to package everything and make it look slick. Still not decided on which steering components and trans/steering coolers to run.... what do yall think?

Your buggy looks sick hope you post pics as the build goes on really like the lines.Good luck on the build.

looks great ,ive been wanting one of these units seems like they keep getting better every build :dblthumb:, like the name too .
 
Diggin the lines on this one. Really like the side bars.

I've never seen the 47 LTBs perform as good as they "should" if that makes any sense. They just never seem to 'hook'. They are tough and have awesome tread though... I can't say they are any worse than a 44 TSL though, you know, they just look like they should be a lot better.
 
I think 'wheel speed' is why they don't do as well as a smaller tire. I'd like to see some TN cut and the right gear combo and ENOUGH MOTOR

I bet they would impress us then
