205 cable shifters

any one made any cable shifters using parts from McMaster Carr????

i was thinking of ordering and trying some of these

i will have to measure the stroke, but I am afraid the 1.69" will not cover all of the required shifts

These seem to work great:
Cables are McMaster-Carr, part #1338K21, "Low Friction Threaded-Mount Push/Pull Cable, 1/4"-28 Threaded Ends, 4' Overall Length"
Clevises are McMaster-Carr, part #6071K12, "Forged Steel Clevis Rod End, 1/4"-28 Female Thread Size, 2" Length"

You can get them a little cheaper from the midwest control website. Look here for the cables.

I got mine from there, they have all the clevises and pins etc that you need. I got everything from them as it was a bit cheaper for the same cable.
