i like JB custom fab they have 2 different styles there modular design and there cheaper in price not quality buggy style the buggy style is the one i am using for my 203/205 combo i have used them for my dana 20 and also on a dana 300 love them

There's always the 'build your own cable shifter' option. http://www.mcmaster.com/#push/pull-control-cable/=lzla4y They supply just about everything you need for building a very tight cable shifter setup. I used the 1/4/28/3' cables on my 205 and it shifts wonderfully. Sorry I don't have any pics of them installed.
