I have a 83 toyota 4x4 and it seems gutless.. I know its a 4 cylinder but ive ran 32's before and it wasnt this bad.. any ideas I feel like there might be a flat spot in the carb poissbly but i cant really tell..

I live in N tacoma Rebiult a **** ton of 22r motors I could take a peak at it troubleshoot ur problem if u could drive it here ,also have alot of misc. parts layin around just an option,mike

ok im going to replace my cap and rotor had a new one in it but got water in it.. so i put the old one back on.. do toyotas with 32's got decent street power? i know 35's are very sluggish.. was also going to swap in a set of 4.37's i have if I dont sell it first..

I was going to but you told me you gave them to somebody that bought something off you that lived up here and you gave him my number.. No biggy honestly bro wasnt bashing I wouldnt deliver free parts to nowhere unless needed.. still would like to get that from ya one day lol..
So it turns out the carb doesnt like it when you leave the old gasket on and throw on a new on right over it.. power is good now could still use some tweakin but its decent.. replace a few gaskets today sprayed the intake with starter fluid and found some vacume leaks.. Thanks for the help guys..

Yeah he showed up real late that night thats why i did not call ya.
I get real busy some times 100 things on my mind tend to forget no biggie.
