Which ECM are you using? Toyota p/u~4runner are grouped by years, 84 ~87, 88, 89 to ? Try to stay in the grouped years. You can use motors from different years, but it's the harness and brain that should stay with the year of truck. They are different ohm's like you said. Also the tps sensor is different too! I would stay with the 87 setup on the 91 motor. Find a used harness, injectors and TPS for the 87 and go with that! If you plan on using a 91 ECM and harness, you may have a problem with the dash harness and other electrical wiring in the rest of the rig. Due to different ohms, pin location, and other electrical stuff! Hope this helps!
