Im putting a 22re into a turbo truck right now and ran into a problem. Everything is hooked up and ready to go, except the o2 sensor. I looked on the wiring from the 86 22re truck and it had the plug coming out of the harness on the drivers side, and plugged right in the manifold. The turbo truck doesnt have that plug. Is the o2 sensor on a turbo truck located somewhere else? Can I splice in the o2 sensor plug from the donor truck? any help would be nice.

85 22re, plug is on the drivers side fenderwell. The 90 4runner has a heated sensor which is right at the cat. The wiring for that one comes out of the passenger side harness and runs under the truck to the drivers side sensor. It is in the same leg of the harness with the reverse plug to the tranny.

Hmm, that explains why theres no wires to my o2 sensor. When they swapped in the 5sp they tore the whole harness out. Dammit. Now I have to figure out which wire to extend over to the sensor. So many wires and so little patients. Good thing Schucks won't tell me where Mr. Chiltons lives cuz when I see his wiring diag. I want to kick him in the twig:flipoff:
