Is this not the best idea ever? Women want to walk around topless in all 50 states and people are fighting this??? Don't get me wrong, I have seen some that I would love to unsee, but what is the big deal? I personally have a whole list of nipples I would like to see and Washington prudes are trying to block it.

There are actually only like 7 states that have a law on the books about women having to cover their nipples. Unfortunately Tennessee is one of those states. The thing is that all 50 states will still arrest their asses for indecent exposure even though their isn't a specific law for it. I stumbled upon this tid bit of info a while back. I'm sure you can figure out how lol.
