would say the wheel bearing replaced one on my 2500hd it had a small whine to it and you could turn the wheel while running down the road and it would go away when u raised the front wheels off of the ground did u put a bar under the wheel and pull up to see if there was movement [I am sure u did this just puts a lot more leverage on the wheel]
