360° camera...the new hotness?

I personally think this is cool as ****! You can basically just tilt your phone or use your finger to change the point of view from the camera. Looks like Amazon has some of these....still 400+ bucks.

Aaaahhhhhh......it appears viewing this sample video in the Tapatalk app disables the rotation.

Just make sure you fully open the vid in the YouTube app to see the coolness. Not sure how it would work on a computer.... Maybe mouse or arrow keys?

I agree, they're pretty awesome. So it's a 360° camera? I think gopro just uses a 360 rig that you cram like 8 gopros in.

We use 360 cameras in surveillance and they typically use 4 cameras. Put 8 of them in one of those fancy government homes in Nashville to keep an eye on the high class folks that live there. Went back in a week for training and got to show them how to pull old video of a shooting for the police. Guessing they are getting their money's worth.
