With 37's on a 22r truck I'd just go with a 22re upgrade. I have a 91' 22re wheeler on 38.5 boggers and it does just fine. My other rig is a 89' on 39.5 Iroks, it had a 3.0 that sploded so I installed a vortec 4.3/th350. While I do love the power the swap will nickel and dime you to death compared to the 22re if money is tight.Just my opinion.
