I have a 95 yj on leafs. About to order stuff to 4 link front or rear. Which one should I do first? I am thinking rear. Jeep is on rockwells with 44's. The front flexes ok rear does not flex very good and bounces when I get in it hard up hill. Can't decide between coilovers or ori's either.

I had same set up but with 60's if I had it to do again I'd do the front and a different spring pack in the rear. Approach angle wasn't great but was as good as it gets with leafs.

If this is your first 4-link project i would definitely reccomend to do the rear first, the front is a total pain in the ass to get it all to fit.

Check out motobilts link mount he has in tech fab. Looks like a real nice unit he has.

I would do the rear first. With 44 inch tires you shouldn't have much of an approach angle issue. Especially if you have done the shackle reversal and a spring with an offset tie bolt. Leaf spring hop to much in the rear. You see way more jeeps with the rear done first. What everyone else does should be a pretty good indicator on what works the best.

Thanks everybody. This is my first 4 link build so think I will do rear first. Approach angle is good. Thought about just running coil springs but guess ill just save some pennies and get coilovers and do it right the first time.

my vote goes to the front i linked the rear of my toy which liked but when i linked the front it was tollay different i loved it geting front up over something was so much smoother and easier also droping in to stuff was way better. usaully once you get front over the rear will follow if not little more on skinny petal!!

Keep in mind that I have never had a rig linked in the front but I like my setup with leaves in front. I feel like the stiffer leaves help keep the truck more stable and level and let the rear just flop around and do whatever behind the rig.
