Pretty much everything in red cannot be changed.......

So, i was trying to get my AS down to around 80% but i am quickly finding out that is not quite possible. However, i did notice that moving the lower links to the top of the axle significantly decreased the AS. Do i just run the high AS and counteract it with limit straps?

Any Thoughts?

Putting your lower links up higher will help with your roll axis too. :dblthumb:

With 9 degrees of roll oversteer, it's going to have some "flex steer".

Anti squat is more of a preference thing. Some people like a rear suspension that "plants" or lifts under acceleration, but when you are climbing a steep ledge, it will try to "drive under" the truck and can cause hopping (from loading and spinning big soft tires).

I'd try to get the lower links up to where the roll axis is close to 0 degrees.

Triangulating the lower links more will help too. Why can't you move them in?

Yeah the roll oversteer has me a bit concerned.....

Well, its not that i cant move them in.......i bought the single triangulated kit from RuffStuff so thats what i've based my design around.

Ah, I assume it's going on a Toyota?

I'd throw a crossmember through the frame and triangulate the lowers.

What kind of springs/shocks/etc are you planning on going with?

Just placed an order on some Fox 2.0 14" Remote Res. Coilovers.......pretty excited about those, but i havent convinced myself enough on the link numbers

I absolutely have know friggin idea what any of this is . I should of payed attention in school :****: :dunno:

You could also raise the frame side mount for the upper link to affect your AS if you didn't want to mount the lower axle side quite that high on the axle.

I did about the same as you are doing with my Jeep. I got under the Jeep and made a ton of measurements to see where I could mount everything, then plugged it into the calc to see if anything was way out of whack.

106 seems a little short for a typical Toyota. I'm at 105 and the Toyotas I ride with are all a bit longer than mine. On the other hand, mine works great at 105.
