I am in process of building a buggy and I currently have new 44" TSLs on it. They are a little wide for the chassis / axle combo. I am thinking about selling them and buying some 43" however I am concerned about my axles living with the 43" sticky. The front is a solid high pinion 60 with CTM drive home shafts and CTM joints. How do the 43" non- sticky sx perform compared to the tried and true 44" TSL? Would the 43" sticky grenade my front 60?

Input appriciated.

I will just replace the broken parts because wouldn't run anything but a 43 sticky. If they come out with something that is as tough and grips better in the future then I might change.

43 Sticky is a badass tire and if I were you I would switch to it. Probably break the transfercase before the axle.

I've got 2 buggies and both have 43" stickies. So far I have twisted 2 inner long side yukon shafts, broke several inner short side yukon shafts, busted two lockers, and broke two ring gear and pinions! I'm goin to a 14 bolt front in one of them with 40 spline axles and eager to see what the weak link will be now!
