This is the third try at a rear bumper for my 4runner. The last two either weren't to my liking or decided to bend at bat of an eye (thank you MC).. :fawkdancesmiley:
Here's the new one, I must give a special thanks to Clark, he was able to take my designed frame brackets and cut them out of 1/2", I hope i never bend these. He also let me bend up some 1.75 DOM for the wrap around bars. :awesomework:
After cleaning up some of the pieces, It took a buddy and I about 2 hours to weld it all up and make it look purdy. Next is side supports to frame, side kickout protectors, and a swing out. This is why the bumper sits out a bit, to accommodate a swing out. I could have tucked it in really close, but would have made making the carrier a nightmare. Here it is along with that last 2 try's. :awesomework:
