Do you know these people? How far is that from yall?

45 min to an hour from my place depending where in Lawrence he's at... Don't know if I've met this dude, but he's been on the TK site for a while, most those dudes are pretty legit.

Cough (juan hong loe) Cough! I love how everyone thinks any late model chevy motor is an LS1. I would pass on it if it was a 99 or 2000, but for an 02, thats a deal. Aluminum heads on that one and more power than the early ones. Add a ls6 cam and springs, new intake and peel the **** out :dblthumb:

Yeah thats why I was asking about it

I just talked to him on the phone and forgot to mention it, he and neal were "working' on the comando.

I've got a boneyard a little ways south of me that sells 5.3's in the sub $600 range all the time. Complete w/harness and comp. The guy I deal with thinks us rockcrawlers are crazy. He loves watchin' it on TV. Dude is pushin' 450lbs, I'm betting anything without a twinky involved is crazy to him. The one in Mom's buggy came from them with 80K on the ticker.

Contact info? I would not mind getting one as a spare.
