ya i used a auto with a ors harness the only thing that is different is the plugs for the auto tranny the harness i got from ors had the wires  for the 4x4 light and i had to find the ones for the reverse lights in the plug for the tranny and i just cut the rest off. the manual ecu pluged right in. you dont need the full kit from ors alot of parts they sell you you dont need. i have $2200 in parts for my swap thats every thing headers exhust clutch flywheel harness oil pan tranny tcase etc.the 3.0 flywheel and clutch will work i used a marlin 3.4 clutch and fly wheel and 3.0 throw out brg.
