The only Passport/Rodeo D44s I've seen (admittedly only a handful) have not been aluminum, but they do have some oddball metric hardware. But factory disk brakes might be enough to make it worth the hassle. I thought I read something about a difference in the carrier that made fitting a locker an issue?
